Abacus FCF Real Assets Leaders ETF (ABLD)

The Abacus FCF Real Assets Leaders ETF (ABLD) primarily invests in U.S.-domiciled companies across all market capitalizations that are engaged in the real assets industry. This category includes businesses involved in real estate, infrastructure, commodities, and natural resources. Potential holdings are fundamentally evaluated for their ability to generate profits and pay dividends, specifically scrutinizing (1) the quality of their earnings, (2) their free cash flow generation, and (3) their dividend yield. Only those equities that fall within the top 25% of this scored universe are considered for selection. A target weight is assigned to each chosen security based on a combination of these three factors and its market capitalization. The index then selects up to 75 stocks, or continues inclusion until 90% of the cumulative portfolio weight has been reached, whichever occurs first. To potentially maximize gains, the fund may also employ derivative instruments. The index is subject to quarterly rebalancing and reconstitution. Before November 13, 2024, this fund was named the Donoghue Forlines Yield Enhanced Real Asset ETF and traded as DFRA.
