This actively managed fund predominantly invests in common stocks drawn from developed markets, specifically excluding the United States and Canada. The selection of these equities is guided by a unique, proprietary quantitative artificial intelligence (AI) model, developed by the Sub-Adviser, which seeks out companies demonstrating inherent value attributes. Typically, the AI system identifies securities characterized by attractive valuation metrics, including a lower price-to-book ratio, a reduced price-to-earnings multiple, and substantial free cash flow.
