Invesco BulletShares 2033 Municipal Bond ETF (BSSX)

The Invesco BulletShares 2033 Municipal Bond ETF (the Fund) tracks the performance of the Invesco BulletShares USD Municipal Bond 2033 Index. At least 80% of the Fund's total assets will be allocated to municipal bonds included in this index. The Index itself is designed to represent a portfolio of US dollar-denominated municipal debt, issued by US states, state agencies, or local governments, all maturing effectively in 2033. To fulfill its investment objective, the Fund employs a "sampling" strategy, meaning it doesn't necessarily acquire every security found in the Index. Both the Fund and its corresponding Index are adjusted on a monthly basis. The Fund has a specified maturity year of 2033 and is scheduled to conclude operations around December 15, 2033.
