Eventide Large Cap Value ETF (ESLV)

The Eventide Large Cap Value ETF (ESLV) is designed to deliver sustained capital growth over the long term. This actively managed fund focuses exclusively on established, large-capitalization U.S. companies that exhibit attractive value characteristics. Employing a "long-only" strategy, ESLV strives to mirror the performance of its benchmark index, which comprises U.S. firms demonstrating the strongest value factor attributes. Its portfolio is constructed from a minimum of 75 companies, identified through a rigorous fundamental research process. A distinctive element of this selection is a values-based screening process, drawing inspiration from Christian principles. The primary metric for identifying undervalued securities is their price-to-projected earnings ratio, though other indicators such as price-to-book, price-to-sales, price-to-cash flow, and dividend yield are also carefully weighed. To manage concentration risk, the fund generally limits its exposure to any single industry or industry group to a maximum of 25% of its assets. An exception is made if a particular industry constitutes 20% or more of the benchmark, in which case the fund may allocate up to 35%.
