The Invesco Electric Vehicle Metals Commodity Strategy No K-1 ETF (the Fund) is an actively managed exchange-traded fund. Its primary goal is to achieve long-term capital appreciation by allocating assets to commodity-linked futures and other financial instruments. These investments offer exposure to a varied selection of metals indispensable for the production of electric vehicles (EVs). The Fund employs an investment methodology designed to surpass the performance of the S&P GSCI Electric Vehicle Metals Index, which tracks commodities utilized in EV manufacturing.
