The fund may include common stocks, preferred stocks, depositary receipts, convertible securities, and other equity-related instruments across all market capitalizations and sectors. The portfolio is constructed using a research-driven, bottom-up approach designed to select fundamentally sound companies that meet the funds dividend growth criteria at attractive prices. It emphasizes dividend growth potential over high dividend rates, targeting companies with historical or expected dividend increases rather than those offering the highest current yields. The fund may invest up to 25% of its assets in foreign securities, typically through depositary receipts.
