iShares, Inc. - iShares US & Intl High Yield Corp Bond ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by BlackRock, Inc. It is co-managed by BlackRock Fund Advisors and BlackRock International Limited. The fund invests in fixed income markets of global developed region. It primarily invests directly and through derivatives in high yield corporate bonds denominated in U.S. dollar, Euro, British pound sterling and Canadian dollar that are rated as BB+ or below by S&P and Fitch and Ba1 or below by Moody's. The fund uses derivatives such as futures, swaps and options to create its portfolio.
