iShares iBonds Dec 2056 Term Treasury ETF (IBGM)

This fund intends to invest primarily in the securities comprising its benchmark index, dedicating a minimum of 80% of its capital to these assets. Furthermore, at least 90% of the fund's holdings will consist of U.S. Treasury bonds, specifically chosen by BFA to ensure the fund closely replicates the index's performance. The underlying index itself utilizes a market value-weighting method. This weighting is derived by calculating the value of outstanding bonds (after subtracting those held by the Federal Reserve's System Open Market Account, or SOMA), multiplying this by their current price, and incorporating any accumulated interest. For calculation purposes, this accrued interest is based on the assumption of a next-day settlement.
