The First Trust Innovation Leaders ETF (referred to as the "Fund") primarily seeks to generate capital appreciation for its investors. In typical market environments, the Fund allocates a minimum of 80% of its net assets (which may include funds borrowed for investment purposes) to equity shares and depository receipts.
