The IVSS ETF is an actively managed fund primarily dedicating around 80% of its total assets to equity securities of U.S. small and mid-sized companies. These are defined as firms with market capitalizations below $15 billion at the time of acquisition, which the strategy anticipates offer the potential for higher-than-average returns. Its investment approach is guided by an Intrinsic Value Stewardship (IVS) analytical framework, which systematically evaluates key corporate health indicators such as profitability metrics, competitive landscape, growth trajectories, cost of capital, and capital structure. The portfolio typically encompasses a minimum of 150 holdings, spread across diverse sectors. However, it retains the flexibility to establish concentrated positions, potentially exceeding 5% in specific companies or industries. Given its non-diversified status, the fund generally holds a more focused selection of securities compared to its diversified counterparts.
