Principal Spectrum Preferred and Income ETF (PQDI)

The fund's primary objective is to deliver ongoing income to investors. Typically, and under usual market conditions, it dedicates a minimum of 80% of its total investment capital – which comprises its net assets and any funds borrowed for investment purposes – to preferred securities and a diverse range of other instruments designed to generate income. This investment approach specifically incorporates contingent convertible securities (CoCos) and various other forms of capital instruments.
