Rockefeller California Municipal Bond ETF (RMCA)

The Rockefeller California Municipal Bond ETF (RMCA) is an actively managed exchange-traded fund whose primary objective is to generate income exempt from both U.S. federal and California state income taxes. It achieves this by focusing its investments on municipal bonds issued within California. Typically, at least 80% of the fund's net assets, including any capital borrowed for investment purposes, will be allocated to debt securities. The interest income from these bonds is considered free from regular U.S. federal and California state income taxation, based on the bond counsel's opinion at the time of issuance and current tax legislation. Importantly, this fund operates with a non-diversified portfolio.
