The FT Vest U.S. Equity Equal Weight Buffer ETF - March (referred to as the "Fund") is engineered to replicate the price movements of the Invesco S&P 500 Equal Weight ETF Trust (its "Underlying ETF"). Its design incorporates a maximum potential gain of 13.86% from the Underlying ETF's performance, while simultaneously offering protection against the first 10% of any losses the Underlying ETF might incur. It's important to note that both this upside cap and downside buffer are calculated prior to accounting for the Fund's fees and expenses. This strategy is applicable for the specific duration spanning March 24, 2025, through March 20, 2026. Typically, the Fund allocates the vast majority of its capital into FLexible EXchange Options ("FLEX Options"), which are financial instruments whose value is directly tied to the price performance of the aforementioned Underlying ETF.
