The FT Vest U.S. Equity Equal Weight Buffer ETF - September (the "Fund") endeavors to mirror the price appreciation of the Invesco S&P 500 Equal Weight ETF Trust (the "Underlying ETF") between September 22, 2025, and September 18, 2026. This strategy incorporates an upward limit, or cap, of 14.57% on potential gains, while also safeguarding investors from the first 10% of any losses sustained by the Underlying ETF. All stated returns and buffers are calculated prior to fees and expenses. Under typical market conditions, the Fund primarily invests in FLexible EXchange Options ("FLEX Options") that derive their value from the performance of the Underlying ETF.
