The SMART Trend 25 ETF (STRN) is an actively managed fund primarily investing in large-capitalization U.S.-listed companies. Its selection process initiates with the 800 largest American equities, subsequently refining this universe to the top 50% based on an assessment of stock price momentum and intrinsic valuation. A specialized quantitative model then further filters these choices, identifying the leading 25% by analyzing historical price performance and prevailing trends. The resulting portfolio comprises 25 carefully chosen stocks, weighted by market capitalization, with individual positions strictly limited to a maximum of 8% and a minimum of 1%. To ensure diversification, no single sector exposure surpasses 30%. The fund integrates insights from third-party analytical resources, public information, and industry developments to optimize its risk-return profile, aiming for returns that could surpass those of the S&P 500 Index.
