THOR Index Rotation ETF (THIR)

The THOR Index Rotation ETF (THIR) provides passively managed exposure to large-capitalization U.S. equities, utilizing a fund-of-funds strategy with an emphasis on volatility management. Its portfolio is assembled based on a proprietary algorithm that continually evaluates price trends and historical volatility across the S&P 500, the Dow Jones Industrial Average, and the NASDAQ 100, considering a medium-term horizon of three to six months. This process categorizes each index as either "risk-on" (suitable for investment) or "risk-off" (to be avoided). Only indices designated as "risk-on" are included in the portfolio. The allocation strategy adapts to these classifications: if all three indices are "risk-on," the fund allocates 33.3% of its assets to each. Should only one index be categorized as "risk-off," the remaining "risk-on" indices receive equal weighting. If just one index is "risk-on," assets are divided equally between that index and cash or cash equivalents. During extended periods of market decline, the fund can fully transition into U.S. money market funds, cash alternatives, or other exchange-traded funds. The index weights are adjusted weekly, a frequency that may lead to higher portfolio turnover.
