Truth Social American Energy Security ETF (TSES)

The Truth Social American Energy Security ETF (TSES) is a passively managed fund designed to track, before fees and expenses, an index of US-listed companies vital to national energy security. This index specifically targets industries such as electric utilities, integrated oil and gas, power generation, nuclear energy technology, energy storage, and related support services. It explicitly excludes companies primarily involved in electronics, electric vehicles, wind, or solar energy technologies. The index employs a modified free-float adjusted market capitalization weighting scheme, including caps on individual issuers, and incorporates business activity and ideological neutrality screening standards. While the fund typically seeks full replication of its underlying index, it reserves the right to use cash equivalents and derivatives for liquidity or strategic portfolio management when necessary. Its components are reviewed and rebalanced semi-annually, in June and December.
