This Innovator U.S. Equity Accelerated 9 Buffer ETF (XBOC) is engineered to provide twice (2x) the upside performance of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (SPY), up to a predetermined maximum gain, within a designated one-year cycle. While offering this magnified growth potential, it concurrently protects investors from the initial 9% of any market downturns during that same period. For losses surpassing this 9% threshold, shareholders generally experience a single (1x) exposure to those declines. Although it operates on these annual outcome periods, the ETF is suitable for long-term investment, as its features and protections automatically recalibrate approximately once a year.
