American Beacon International Equity Fund Advisor Class (AAISX)

The fund endeavors to achieve substantial capital growth over an extended period. It typically allocates at least 80% of its total assets (including any borrowed funds for investment) to equity securities and instruments convertible into common stocks, issued by companies based in a minimum of three countries outside the United States. Its investment approach predominantly targets regions encompassed by the MSCI EAFE Index®, which tracks the performance of large- and mid-capitalization companies across 21 developed markets, specifically those in Europe, Australasia, and the Far East, excluding the U.S. and Canada.
