American Beacon International Equity Fund Class C (AILCX)

The fund's primary objective is to achieve substantial long-term capital appreciation. It typically commits at least 80% of its total investment capital (including any borrowed funds utilized for investment) to equity securities, such as common stocks and convertible debt. These investments are in companies based in a minimum of three distinct countries located outside the United States. The fund predominantly invests in the developed markets encompassed by the MSCI EAFE Index®. This widely recognized index tracks the performance of large and mid-capitalization companies across 21 developed nations in Europe, Australasia, and the Far East, specifically excluding those in the U.S. and Canada.
