This investment vehicle strives for significant long-term capital appreciation while simultaneously diminishing its susceptibility to broad equity market volatility. The fund implements a strategy of establishing "long" positions in stocks identified by the Adviser as undervalued, concurrently taking "short" positions in those the Adviser deems overvalued.
