Madison Small Cap Fund Class Y (BVAOX)

The fund primarily targets long-term capital growth by strategically investing in a diverse array of equity securities from smaller American businesses. These companies are chosen for their strong potential for value appreciation and because they are deemed attractively priced relative to their intrinsic worth, based on a range of analytical criteria. Under normal market conditions, the fund commits at least four-fifths (80%) of its total net assets, including any capital acquired through borrowing for investment purposes, to holdings in small-capitalization companies.
