Calamos Global Equity Fund-Class A (CAGEX)

The primary objective of this fund is to achieve substantial capital appreciation over an extended period. Its investment strategy predominantly involves constructing a globally diversified portfolio composed of equity instruments. A significant portion, specifically at least 80% of its net assets (including any borrowed funds), is dedicated to equity securities, encompassing those convertible into common stock. The portfolio demonstrates flexibility in company size, potentially including shares of well-established, large-capitalization enterprises as well as those of smaller, newer firms. Furthermore, a minimum of 40% of its asset allocation is directed towards securities issued by foreign entities. The fund also reserves the option to make considerable allocations to companies operating within emerging market economies.
