Conestoga Small Cap Fund Investors Class (CCASX)

The fund's primary objective is to achieve substantial capital growth over an extended period. Typically, and under normal market conditions, it commits a minimum of 80% of its net assets to equity investments in small-capitalization companies. Such equity holdings may encompass a variety of instruments, including American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), convertible securities, common and preferred shares from both domestic and foreign markets, as well as rights and warrants.
