Small Cap Growth Fund Class A (CGOAX)

The primary objective of this fund is to achieve substantial long-term capital growth. It commits at least 80% of its net assets, including any funds borrowed for investment purposes, to equity securities. These typically include common stocks, preferred stocks, and instruments convertible into either common or preferred shares. The fund targets small-cap companies whose market capitalizations, at the time of purchase, are comparable to those within the Russell 2000 Growth Index. While generally favoring common stocks of businesses with prospects for above-average, long-term earnings expansion, the fund also has the discretion to invest in companies based on their short, medium, or extended-term potential.
