Columbia Select Large Cap Equity Fund Institutional 2 Class (CLCRX)

The primary objective of this fund is to achieve significant long-term growth for its investors. Typically, it dedicates at least 80% of its net assets—a figure that encompasses any funds acquired through borrowing—to equity investments. These investments primarily target companies whose market value, at the time of acquisition, falls within the range of those found in the S&P 500 Index. Up to one-fifth of the total portfolio may be allocated to international securities. The fund generally holds a mix of equity instruments, such as common and preferred shares, convertible debt, warrants, and rights, and also has the option to invest in exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
