This fund principally invests in a broad range of U.S. and international equity instruments, such as common and preferred shares, along with convertible securities, and also includes debt obligations in its holdings. It possesses the flexibility to invest in companies of any market capitalization. While its investment mandate allows for global exposure, the fund generally focuses its capital on well-established businesses operating in economically developed nations. Under typical market conditions, a minimum of 40% of the fund's net assets are committed to securities issued by foreign entities or their equivalent depositary receipts.
