Columbia Thermostat Fund (CTFAX)

This fund primarily operates as a "fund of funds," seeking to achieve its investment objectives by strategically deploying its capital across a carefully chosen array of underlying mutual funds and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) that invest in both equities and fixed-income securities. A significant majority, at least 95% of its total net assets (specifically those designated for stocks and bonds), is allocated among these portfolio funds. This allocation adheres to a predefined schedule, which is determined by the current valuation of the Standard & Poor’s (S&P) 500® Index. Additionally, the fund maintains the option to invest up to 5% of its net assets, along with any cash received on a given day, in highly liquid assets such as cash, superior quality short-term debt instruments, and government-issued securities.
