This fund primarily allocates capital to common equity securities of U.S. corporations, encompassing those of any market capitalization, which are currently subject to shareholder activism. These objectives might include, but are not limited to, seeking board representation, enhancing operational performance or corporate governance, advocating for a merger, divesting a business segment, or initiating the sale of substantial company holdings.
