This fund typically allocates at least 80% of its net assets, along with any borrowed funds for investment purposes, to floating rate loans and other variable-rate securities. The advisor anticipates that most, if not all, of these holdings will be rated below investment grade, or will be unrated yet possess comparable credit quality. Additionally, the fund maintains the option to invest in securities from financially challenged entities, including those undergoing bankruptcy, corporate restructuring, or other forms of significant financial difficulty.
