Dodge & Cox Balanced Fund (DODBX)

The Dodge & Cox Balanced Fund aims to provide investors with consistent income, protect their initial investment, and foster long-term appreciation of both capital and earnings. It achieves this by strategically allocating its resources across a varied collection of stocks (equity securities) and bonds (debt securities). Typically, under standard market conditions, the fund commits between 25% and 75% of its total assets to equity holdings. Additionally, it has the flexibility to invest up to 20% of its total capital in U.S. dollar-denominated shares or bonds from non-U.S. companies, provided these instruments are traded within the United States and are not constituents of the S&P 500 Index.
