Allspring Large Cap Core Fund - Class A (EGOAX)

This fund's core mission is to generate significant capital growth over an extended period. It allocates a minimum of 80% of its net assets to common stocks of large companies. Additionally, up to 10% of its total holdings may be directed towards foreign equity instruments, including American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and analogous investments. The advisor considers "large-capitalization companies" to be those with market values consistent with the range of the S&P 500 Index at the time of purchase, and these form the primary focus of its equity investments.
