FMI Common Stock Fund Investor Class (FMIMX)

The fund primarily invests in small- to medium-sized companies, specifically those with a market capitalization below $7 billion at the time of initial purchase, provided they are listed or traded on a national securities exchange or association. Under typical market conditions, at least 80% of the fund's net assets are allocated to common stocks. This allocation may include shares of foreign companies, predominantly accessed via American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) or American Depositary Shares (ADSs), which are dollar-denominated securities of non-U.S. issuers traded within the United States.
