Nuveen Small Cap Value Fund Class C (FSCVX)

The fund's primary objective is to achieve capital appreciation. Typically, under standard market circumstances, a minimum of 80% of its total investable assets – which comprise both its net assets and any capital borrowed for investment – will be allocated to common stocks issued by small-capitalization companies. These small-capitalization companies are specifically defined as those with market capitalizations falling within the range of the constituents of the Russell 2000® Index, as determined on the final business day of the month when the index completed its most recent periodic reconstitution.
