Gabelli Asset Fund (The) (GABAX)

The primary objective of this fund is capital growth, with a secondary aim of generating current income. It primarily allocates its investments to common and preferred equity securities. In selecting investments, the fund targets a 10% real rate of return. Its strategy involves identifying companies whose shares appear undervalued when compared to their private market value (PMV). Typically, at least 80% of its total assets are committed to stocks traded on established securities exchanges or similar marketplaces. Furthermore, the fund has the flexibility to allocate up to 25% of its total assets to securities issued by non-U.S. entities.
