This fund aims to achieve sustained capital appreciation over the long term. Under typical market conditions, the advisor predominantly invests in equity securities of companies, both international and U.S.-based, that possess a market capitalization exceeding $1.5 billion when initially acquired. A substantial portion of the fund's total holdings will be dedicated to securities from companies headquartered outside the United States. Furthermore, it has the discretion to allocate a considerable share of its assets to securities issued by entities based in emerging and frontier economies.
