GMO-Usonian Japan Value Creation I (GMIIX)

Under ordinary market conditions, the fund commits a substantial majority—at least 80%—of its total assets to securities of businesses with significant economic links to Japan. This can be achieved through direct investments or indirectly, such as via other investment vehicles or derivative contracts. Furthermore, the fund has the option to invest in the GMO U.S. Treasury Fund, money market funds not affiliated with GMO, or directly in the kinds of short-term, liquid holdings commonly found in money market portfolios.
