Victory RS International Fund - Class A (GUBGX)

The fund's primary objective is to commit a minimum of 80% of its total net assets to common equities and convertible instruments. These investments are directed towards companies meeting at least one of these international criteria: they are legally established, headquartered, or primarily domiciled outside the United States; their securities are principally traded on exchanges located beyond U.S. borders; or they generate a significant portion of their business from non-U.S. operations. The fund's adviser defines "significant business" as companies that derive at least half of their revenue or profits, or possess at least half of their sales or assets, from activities conducted outside the United States.
