AMG GW&K Municipal Enhanced Yield Fund - Class N (GWMNX)

The fund's main objective is to provide investors with a significant amount of current income that is not subject to federal income tax. While capital growth is also sought, it remains a secondary priority to income generation. To achieve this, at least 80% of its net assets, along with any borrowed funds used for investment, are allocated to U.S. dollar-denominated fixed income instruments that are exempt from federal income tax. The portfolio has the flexibility to invest up to 35% of its total assets in unrated securities, and can collectively allocate up to 50% of its total assets to a combination of unrated and high-yield securities.
