Hartford Schroders US MidCap Opportunities Fund (HFDTX)

The Hartford Schroders US MidCap Opportunities Fund generally commits the majority of its portfolio to ownership stakes in companies. Specifically, under typical market conditions, no less than 80% of its total assets are invested in securities of medium-sized businesses headquartered in the United States. While primarily concentrating on mid-cap firms, the fund also has the discretion to acquire shares in micro-cap, small-cap, or large-cap companies if the Sub-Adviser identifies strong potential for share price growth. Its investments may include both ordinary and preferred stock, as well as securities traded through over-the-counter channels.
