Hennessy Japan Small Cap Fund (HJSIX)

This fund dedicates at least 80% of its total assets to investing in the equity securities of smaller Japanese businesses. These are generally companies whose market valuation places them within the bottom fifth of all publicly listed Japanese enterprises. For the purpose of this fund, a "Japanese company" is defined by its manager as an entity that is either legally established under Japanese statutes, primarily trades its securities on a Japanese exchange, or maintains the majority of its operations or assets within Japan.
