Harding Loevner International Equity Portfolio (HLMIX)

The Harding Loevner International Equity Portfolio strategically allocates capital to businesses located in established economies outside the United States, in addition to those operating within emerging and frontier markets. Typically, a substantial portion—at least 80%—of its total net assets (which may include leveraged capital from borrowings) is dedicated to international equity-related instruments. This encompasses ordinary shares, preference shares, subscription rights, and stock warrants issued by companies domiciled beyond the U.S. borders. The allocation also includes securities convertible into such equities, like Depositary Receipts, and holdings in other investment funds focused on similar global securities. The portfolio generally ensures broad geographical diversification, maintaining positions in a minimum of fifteen distinct countries.
