Operating under typical market conditions, the fund commits a minimum of 80% of its net assets, including any borrowed capital for investment, to common shares of U.S. companies. Hood River selects these corporations based on their strong potential for growth or if they are deemed undervalued in the marketplace compared to their inherent profitability. Furthermore, at the point of purchase, these firms must possess a market capitalization consistent with the parameters of small-cap benchmarks like the S&P SmallCap 600® Index and the Russell 2000® Growth Index.
