ICON Equity Income Fund Investor (IEQAX)

This fund primarily invests a minimum of 80% of its net assets, including any borrowed funds for investment purposes, in equity instruments. These encompass shares from companies of all market capitalizations, alongside convertible and preferred securities, with a particular emphasis on those issued by dividend-paying firms. The portfolio has the flexibility to allocate up to 25% of its holdings within a single industry sector. Furthermore, the fund may hold securities issued by U.S. government agencies or government-sponsored enterprises, and it can invest in investment-grade debt. Notably, up to one-quarter of its total assets may be allocated to securities deemed lower-rated by both S&P and Moody's.
