Easterly Global Real Estate Fund Class A (JAREX)

This investment aims for a comprehensive return, derived from a combination of current income and capital appreciation. Typically, at least four-fifths (80%) of the fund's net assets, including any borrowed capital used for investments, are allocated to real estate, real estate-linked entities, or financial instruments such as derivatives that offer comparable economic exposure to these securities. Additionally, under standard market conditions, a minimum of 40% of its net assets are deployed in the securities of issuers based in at least three different foreign countries.
