Janus Henderson Venture Fund Class T (JAVTX)

This fund endeavors to achieve its investment targets by dedicating at least half of its stock holdings to companies categorized as small-sized. It retains the flexibility to also acquire shares in larger corporations that exhibit strong potential for expansion. The definition of "small-sized companies," as determined by the portfolio manager, encompasses those enterprises whose market capitalization falls within the spectrum of the Russell 2000® Growth Index at the moment of initial acquisition. Additionally, the fund is permitted to invest in international securities, which can include holdings within developing economies.
