Janus Henderson Flexible Bond Fund Class A (JDFAX)

This fund primarily focuses on fixed-income securities, with a minimum of 80% of its net assets (including any capital borrowed for investment purposes) allocated to various types of bonds. These debt instruments encompass government and corporate bonds, commercial and residential mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities, credit risk transfer instruments, and money market instruments. A significant portion, specifically at least 65% of its net assets, will be held in investment-grade debt securities. Furthermore, the fund's exposure to higher-risk, high-yield bonds (commonly referred to as "junk bonds") is strictly limited to 35% or less of its net assets.
