Loomis Sayles Global Allocation Fund Class C (LGMCX)

The Loomis Sayles Global Allocation Fund Class C aims to achieve a high overall investment return by combining growth in asset value with the generation of regular income. Ordinarily, the fund allocates at least 80% of its total assets (including any funds borrowed for investment) to a diversified portfolio of stocks and bonds issued by companies located in both the United States and other countries. The equity portion of its investments can include a variety of instruments such as common and preferred shares, depositary receipts, warrants, and securities that are convertible into common or preferred stock. Additionally, the fund may invest in real estate investment trusts (REITs), other property-linked securities, and various other types of equity-like interests from an issuer.
