Lazard International Equity Portfolio - Open Shares (LZIOX)

This portfolio primarily invests in shares of significant companies located outside the United States, typically those with market valuations aligning with the constituents of the MSCI Europe, Australasia, and Far East (EAFE) Index. At least 80% of its total assets are committed to equity holdings. The fund manager focuses on well-established enterprises operating in developed economies, but also has the flexibility to allocate up to 15% of its capital to securities of firms primarily conducting business in emerging market nations.
