Victory Integrity Discovery Fund (MMEYX)

The fund's management aims to achieve its investment targets by allocating a minimum of 80% of its total capital to the equity shares of companies with micro-capitalizations. These micro-cap firms are specifically defined as those possessing a market value, at the moment of investment, that falls below the market capitalization of the largest company found within the bottom 75% of the Russell 2000® Index, as determined by index weightings. While the portfolio will primarily concentrate on domestic securities, it retains the flexibility to invest up to 25% of its assets in international holdings, which may include various depositary receipts like ADRs and GDRs.
